The Milwaukee office is looking for an associate with a minimum of 1-3 years of traditional labor law experience in addition to employment law. The candidate should possess excellent academic credentials and their experience should include traditional labor law experience, including research and writing projects, grievance arbitration, collective bargaining experience and experience in connection with labor law implications arising in business transactions, matters of any and all types before state agencies and the National Labor Relations Board, as well as client counseling concerning labor law, and labor relations.
