ASSOCIATE: Labor & Employment Litigation Los Angeles The Los Angeles office of Epstein Becker & Green is seeking an associate to work in its growing national management-side Employment, Labor & Workforce Management practice. Candidates should have a minimum of three years of relevant labor and employment litigation experience. This position requires knowledge of federal and state labor & employment laws (e.g., wage and hour, trade secret law, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, ADEA, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and similar state laws). The ideal candidate should have experience handling certain aspects of litigation such as interviewing witnesses, reviewing electronically stored documents, drafting pleadings and various motions
