What you’ll achieve
As an experienced sales Contracts Counsel, you will support Dell’s North America Sales organization. You will review, analyze, and negotiate international sales agreements with some of Dell’s largest global commercial and public customers in the U.S. Deals will incorporate international business practices, intellectual property, resellers, and commercial contract law.
Lead negotiations for the sale of information technology products and services (including outsourcing, managed, and professional service engagements)
Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial and public agreements
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, Tax, and Services teams to ensure that agreements adequately protect Dell’s interests
Review and provide input on terms and conditions contained in RFPs and sales proposals
JD degree with admission to at least one state bar
3+ years’ relevant experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department
Experienced sales contracts attorney with expertise in domestic and international sales contract negotiations, transactional, and/or in-house corporate legal experience
Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of successfully negotiating large, complex deals
