Compliance Program Manager I
Under the direction of the Tufts Health Plan Compliance Officer, the Compliance Program Manager monitors and ensures compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements related to the products offered by THP. The Compliance Program Manager is responsible for activities related to maintaining compliance with various state and federal laws and regulations. S/he provides regulatory support and project leadership to departments responsible for THP products and services, taking all necessary steps to assure the compliance of assigned departments with applicable state and federal regulatory requirements.  The Compliance Program Manager’s responsibilities include: research, analyze, interpret, evaluate and monitor the operational impact of regulatory requirements; proactively lead
