Additional experience in the design, implementation and administration of qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, executive compensation plans, insurance benefits, fringe benefits, deferred compensation, and incentive bonus programs, a plus. Candidates should also possess strong academic credentials and ethical standards, exceptional written and oral communication skills and the ability to work both independently or collaboratively with a team.
