ESAB has engaged Major, Lindsey & Africa on an exclusive basis to conduct a search for Litigation Counsel to be located in its Bethesda, MD offices. ESAB is an equal opportunity employer. Overview: The litigation function is responsible for vigorously, affirmatively, and ethically asserting and defending ESAB’s legal rights and reputation by managing litigation risk and resolving significant disputes. The function is also charged with proactively preventing, identifying and mitigating legal, regulatory, and reputational risk. The Litigation Counsel reports to and will work closely with ESAB’s General Counsel, Curtis Jewell, and will collaborate with attorneys and business people at all levels
