NS is seeking a Director of Legal Operations responsible for maintaining the daily operations of the Law Department to include budget oversight, strategic planning, vendor management, technology strategy as well as the responsibility of coordinating with the Chief Legal Officer and Vice President Law in managing human capital.

Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of seven plus (7+) years of increasing responsibility in operations management for a legal function, at either a corporate law department within a mid- to large-sized, multi-national company or a top tier multi-national or multi-office law firm. In addition, candidates must have demonstrated senior-level experience in budgeting and financial management, execution of strategic plans, vendor management, and technology planning and oversight and personnel management to include onboarding, training and strategic DEI efforts, as well as a thorough understanding of legal professionals and their work.
