Years of Experience: Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP seeks an associate to join the Corporate team. Applicants should have at five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in corporate related matters, preferably with exposure to project development and financings in the infrastructure or telecommunications space. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, great analytical and writing skills and be able to demonstrate leadership and initiative. Candidates should be interested in developing long-term working relationships with our clients, have the desire to be part of a nationally recognized, dynamic and fast-paced corporate practice and be a true team player. This position can be filled in our Miami, FL, Washington, DC, Houston, TX, Dallas, TX, Austin, TX and New York, NY offices. Bar membership in the state in which the candidate is applying is required.
