We have an exciting opportunity for a Labor and Employment Associate with 3+ years of experience for our Seattle office.

As an associate in the Labor & Employment Department, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.
3+ years of employment law experience, working with partner oversight on litigation of single-plaintiff matters and agency charges
Other areas of expected experience: Caselaw/statutory research, brief/motion drafting, investigations, policy review, employment counseling, and training
Traditional labor background and basic familiarity a plus (but not required)
Excellent academic credentials and solid work ethic
Stellar analytical skills and strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple matters (litigation, charges, research, etc.) simultaneously
Experience and understanding of Washington federal, state, and local court rules
Admission to the Washington Bar (required), Oregon Bar admission a plus
