Overview: Reporting to the Senior Vice President & General Counsel, the Assistant General Counsel, in the Office of the President, Legal Division will support the General Counsel in the following areas: contract drafting, analysis, and negotiation; dispute resolution efforts and litigation; compliance, governance, and risk management; general correspondence; and legal research.
Experience: At least 6 years of law firm or in-house experience desired.
