Overview: The Associate General Counsel will report to the company’s Senior Counsel for its Aerotek and Aston Carter businesses. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a broad array of legal matters for Aerotek, Inc. or Aston Carter. The successful candidate will have the requisite experience and skills to handle a significant volume of day-to-day legal matters while also providing strategic advice and counsel to internal business partners. Allegis is looking for a self-starter who is intelligent, hardworking and has the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and develop strong working relationships across the organization.
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience focused on employment law and litigation plus experience in or aptitude for commercial contract drafting and negotiations.
Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with seniority and experience.
Location: Hanover, Maryland

Bar: Law degree from an accredited law school and admission to a state bar is required.
