What you also need?

Previous experience in a Corporate Law environment is essential and you will possess a JD from an accredited Law School.  Ideally you are a member of a State bar and even better if that would be Texas.

Outstanding analytical and commercial skills are a key part of being successful in this role as well as a real proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office IT suite.

Previous experience with mergers and acquisitions and of advising on various issues such as government contracting, regulatory compliance, privacy, antitrust and competition laws, advertising/promotional matters, corporate governance, fiduciary duty, ethics, and strategic transactions.
