This Exciting Opportunity The Corporate Counsel will function as a key member of Incora’s legal and business teams and will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of legal work on commercial contracts and business development, as well as work closely with other areas of our business such as sales, quality, human resources, finance, and tax.

About You You will be excellent at providing legal advice with a commercial mindset. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be passionate about delivering excellent service to a multiple client base and prioritizing accordingly. You will like being hands on and will be confident in providing your advice and judgements in a timely way. You will inspire confidence through your professionalism and your ability to build first class relationships at all levels.
What you also need? Previous experience in a Corporate Law environment is essential and you will possess a JD from an accredited Law School. Ideally you are a member of a State bar and even better if that would be Texas. Outstanding analytical and commercial skills are a key part of being successful in this role as well as a real proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office IT suite.
Previous experience with mergers and acquisitions and of advising on various issues such as government contracting, regulatory compliance, privacy, antitrust and competition laws, advertising/promotional matters, corporate governance, fiduciary duty, ethics, and strategic transactions.
