Overview: ATP has a new and exciting opportunity for an Associate General Counsel to join its legal team. Reporting to ATP’s General Counsel Dan Finkelman, the successful candidate will join a  dynamic and  fast-growing life science venture capital fund and support the corporate legal needs of the fund and its early stage portfolio companies.

Experience: The successful candidate will have 3-8+ years of corporate transactional legal experience, with at least three of those years spent in the corporate department of a nationally recognized law firm. Law firm and/or in-house experience representing early stage life science companies and negotiating contracts supporting research and development a strong plus.

Compensation: Highly competitive base salary and bonus.

Location: This position may be remote or based in NYC or Cambridge, MA. Some travel to NYC,  Boston/Cambridge, and/or the West Coast is anticipated if not based in one of those locations.
