The Health Practice Group is looking for a 2nd-4th year Associate to join any of our U.S. offices.

2-4 years of experience working with clients in the health care industry on regulatory and compliance matters
A general understanding of fraud and abuse laws, including Stark and the federal anti-kickback statute, corporate practice of medicine restrictions, and licensing and enrollment rules and regulations
A general understanding of Medicare and Medicaid fee-for-service regulatory and reimbursement principles, including general knowledge of billing, coding and cost reporting concepts
A general understanding of health care reimbursement systems
Excellent analytical and writing skills, along with a strong academic background
Must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying
