Position Overview: The Senior Corporate Counsel position negotiates and drafts customer and partner agreements within the company’s standard business and risk framework. Success in this role requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills and being adept at identifying key legal issues, finding creative solutions to complicated legal problems, and effectively communicating such matters to internal stakeholders and customers. This Senior Corporate Counsel position reports to the Vice President & Senior Associate General Counsel.

Experience: The successful candidate will have 3-5+ years of relevant corporate transactional experience, preferably with a mix of law firm and in-house experience. Prior payments industry experience is ideal but not required.
