The Washington, DC office of Hunton Andrews Kurth seeks an Antitrust and Consumer Protection associate to join its rapidly expanding team representing clients in all areas of antitrust litigation, investigation, and counseling. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of antitrust experience at a large law firm or government agency. The candidate should have a strong academic record, exceptional analytical and oral/written communication skills, leadership and team-building skills, and a true passion for the law. The candidate should also have a desire to participate actively in litigation and trials, the ability to think creatively and spontaneously on his or her feet, and the confidence and experience to interact with clients and manage large complex litigation matters using a team of associates, paralegals, staff attorneys, and vendors. Federal clerkship and/or a background in economics, finance, or accounting preferred. DC bar membership or eligibility to waive into the DC bar is required.
