Corporate Counsel
White Castle is seeking to add a Corporate Counsel to our Legal Department (currently 2 attorneys & 1 paralegal) who will primarily focus on litigation and claims management, including matters ranging from general liability, workers’ comp, and employment disputes to real estate and class action litigation. This position will also have some responsibility for daily HR advice, compliance, and evolving best practices and will support our Deputy General Counsel and General Counsel with other legal matters as they arise.   The Corporate Counsel must be comfortable providing advice and feedback to individuals with various levels of seniority in the organization and working in cross functional teams when necessary.
