Position Overview: The Associate General Counsel (“AGC”) will provide legal advice to PCORI with a focus on intellectual property and corporate issues that arise relating to PCORI’s status and relating to PCORI’s funding initiatives and programmatic and operational activities.
Compensation: Competitive base salary and generous benefits commensurate with experience.
Experience: A minimum of six (6) years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house position, preferably at a life sciences company, academic medical center, health system, or health plan. Subject matter expertise in intellectual property (including copyright, trademarks and licensing agreements), corporate transactions, and health care or health research expected. Experience with corporate governance issues preferred.

Bar: Active bar membership in Washington, DC or eligible for admission within the first year of employment at PCORI.
