Overview: The Legal Director Labor Relations - Mexico is a senior legal advisor on matters related to labor relations and employment law in Mexico where Aptiv employs 65,000-70,000 people across 40 sites. This is a newly created leadership role with responsibility for legal support on all labor and employment matters in Mexico. The person will lead negotiations with unions, update employment policies, lead the company’s response to changes in labor policy, coordinate the efforts of outside counsel on labor matters and participate in compliance investigations.
