In M&A, we represent clients across the economy from today’s top brands to significant private equity and venture funds to angel and later stage investors in and deals for tech companies. Out M&A work encompasses determining, planning and making HSR filings, as well as handling second requests and other transaction-related investigations. In our cartel practice, we represent clients in investigations and litigations by the Department of Justice and by state Attorneys General, as well as in private class actions. In our conduct cases, we represent both plaintiffs and defendants. Experience across the range of these areas is important. Previous experience as an attorney at the DOJ or FTC is a plus.
