Littler seeks a onDemand Counsel, an alternative track position. The Littler onDemand Counsel is a law firm employee, who works from his or her home and is not on shareholder track. The position is well suited for a lawyer who desires to work a set daily schedule and has a passion for helping clients navigate employment law challenges. Littler onDemand Counsel will be the first point of contact for clients with advice needs during their scheduled shift. Littler onDemand Counsel resources Littler’s proprietary technology and the firm’s worldwide network of attorneys and subject matter experts, to provide prompt and effective counsel to firm clients. Littler onDemand Counsel is also responsible for supporting other firm projects during their scheduled shift, as assigned.
Attorneys with a minimum of 10 years of labor and employment legal experience as an employer advocate, extensive experience providing advice and counsel on employment matters to human resource and in-house legal professionals required. California licensure/experience preferred. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of residence. During employment, the incumbent must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice. No Recruiters – Principals only.
