Lowenstein Sandler is seeking a 1st through 3rd year Associate to join our growing Global Trade and Policy Team in our Washington, DC office. The incumbent will advise domestic and foreign clients on a broad array of trade issues including sanctions, export controls, CFIUS (Committee on Foreign Investments in the US) and FIRRMA (Foreign Investment Risk Review Modernization Act) reviews and filings, voluntary disclosures/enforcement and compliance programs. Candidates should have a basic level of knowledge and experience with exports (classification, compliance, ITAR and EAR filings); sanctions (research and advice related to OFAC programs); and CFIUS filings and analysis. The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented and collegial environment is a must.
