The Chicago office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate with 3-5 years of ERISA litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have experience handling single-plaintiff ERISA cases with minimal supervision, exposure to more complex ERISA litigation matters and other types of employment class/collective actions, employment/HR counseling, workplace investigations, and administrative charges and related matters. Top law firm experience, excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills are required. Candidates must be admitted to the Illinois Bar or meet requirements to waive in.
