Position Overview: Nardello is focused on investing in talent to join the Washington D.C. office and help grow its established client base. Reporting to the Managing Director and Head of the Americas, the Managing Director (“MD”) will be responsible for driving forward the expansion of the firm’s business. The MD will work with senior management to prepare business proposals and to source and support the investigative casework. A critical part of the MD role will be business development and the MD will be expected to generate significant new business and manage client relationships at the highest levels.
Experience: The successful candidate will have at least 12-15 years of legal experience, including progressively responsible senior management level experience with relevant investigatory experience. A well-developed professional network across a variety of industries is required. Law firm candidates with both significant experience counseling large multinational clients on compliance investigations and business development responsibilities are preferred. Experience as a government prosecutor investigating and prosecuting companies with respect to compliance matters or experience representing individuals in criminal matters is also preferred.
