Position Overview: The Lead Counsel, Global Data Privacy reports to Danaher’s Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Secretary. The primary responsibility for the position is to lead the Company’s global data privacy compliance program.
Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of legal experience and 5+ years of experience practicing data privacy law, with a focus on EU law and exposure to key data privacy regulatory regimes outside the EU as well. Experience working in the privacy program(s) of Fortune 500 companies, with a preference for larger, more sophisticated and robust privacy programs.
Compensation: Competitive base, bonus and equity.
Location: Washington, D.C., preferred, but other major U.S. locations may be considered.
