This is an excellent opportunity that provides associates with the opportunity to learn from and receive development and mentorship from some of the most highly-accomplished and well-respected employment attorneys in the country.
The attorneys in the firm's L&E group advise clients regarding all phases of the employment relationship, employment litigation, and transactional matters. The attorneys regularly provide counsel with respect to employee non-competition and non-solicitation matters and the defense and pursuit of non-competition and unfair competition-related claims. They also litigate a range of complex matters in venues across the country, including disputes relating to employment contracts, class actions and wage-related claims. With respect to transactional matters, the attorneys manage the labor and employment aspects of hundreds of acquisitions, divestitures, and other transactions, and regularly negotiate and draft executive employment agreements, severance agreements, and other employment-related contracts.
• JD degree with superior academic credentials
• One to five years of relevant experience
• Large firm experience preferred
• Admitted and in good standing with any State Bar
