Experience: 5+ years of legal experience obtained at a law firm or in an in-house corporate legal department. Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating business contracts. Financial industry and credit card experience preferred.

Compensation: Competitive base, bonus, and equity commensurate with experience.

Location: Newark, DE, or Reston, VA, with a preference for Newark, DE.

Bar: Must be licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
