We have an opportunity for a mid-level associate, with three-to-five years of experience to join the firm. This position will primarily focus on traditional labor matters, including but not limited to, union organizing campaigns; training and counseling clients concerning traditional labor issues; assisting with grievance arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, National Labor Relations Board trials, and policy drafting. This position may be located out of our Los Angeles or Orange County office.
We are not working with outside recruiters for this position.
Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of California. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice. Must have California license.
Candidates must possess three to five years of traditional labor experience.
Excellent analytical and writing skills are required.
Strong writing and public speaking skills are required.
Outstanding academic credentials preferred (Top 25% of class).
