Overview: Examinations by regulators are a constant at the OCC. The Vice President, Associate General Counsel, Examination & Litigation will be responsible for leading the team that prepares for, participates in and writes responses to regulators. S/he will prepare internal clients for regulatory examinations and investigations, provide legal advice on both routine and complex matters to internal clients regarding regulatory examinations and investigations and other litigation in order to manage legal risks faced by the Corporation. S/he will advise internal clients on specific regulations applicable to OCC, primarily in the context of a regulatory examination or investigation and work with personnel from the business units to articulate nature of changes to the Corporation’s By-Laws and Rules to the regulators.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
Experience: 10+ years of related experience either at a law firm, in-house, or at a regulatory agency.
Relocation: Yes, but locals preferred.
Bar: Member in good standing with license to practice law in any US jurisdiction.
