Our San Francisco office has an opportunity for a mid-level associate to join the firm’s expanding practice. Ideal candidates will have two to six years of experience and a desire to develop their practice working for top notch, high-profile clients on cutting-edge labor and employment issues. Juris Doctor required. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of employment. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
Ideal candidates will have 2 - 6 years of experience in employment litigation (including discrimination and wrongful termination cases). Employment counseling experience is preferred. Experience providing advice or litigation defense on California wage and hour matters is also a plus.
Must be licensed and practicing in California.
Excellent oral advocacy, analytical and writing skills are required.
Strong Commitment to client services.
Graduate of top law school and member of Law Review is a plus.
