Location: Los Angeles, CA
Experience: The ideal candidate will be a licensed attorney with a minimum of 7+ years of current, relevant experience as a transactional/real estate attorney, preferably gained from a combination of law firm and in-house background. Must have extensive commercial real estate transaction knowledge, including working on purchase and sale agreements, leases, acquisitions, mortgage and asset-based financing, dispositions and development of real property and assets.
Compensation: Commensurate with experience/competitive.
Bar: Active member in good standing of the State Bar of California.
