Responsible for workflow, administration, developing employee claims and litigation skills, and coaching and developing for performance. Job RequirementsManages workflow and ensures file quality control.Participates in case authority and strategy conferences on litigated cases.Monitors and provides recommendations for retention of panel defense attorneys and firms. Engages in contract negotiations and identifies alternative fee arrangements. Reviews and approved legal expenses.Responsible for hiring, coaching employee development and coaching, performance evaluation, and all manager related administrative functions.Creates mechanisms to strengthen team depth and understanding of jurisdictional and litigation environment and litigation best practices. Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree7 years of related work experience in claims or claims litigationWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools and applicable software*Qualifications may warrant placement in a different job level.*When you apply for this position, you will be required to answer some initial questions.
