Overview: This position is responsible for the governance of the vertical Commercial and Contracts (C&C) function within CAES. The position will also be responsible for performance management, develop and training while providing practical, solution oriented legal advice and contracting support to the business on both customer and procurement contracts.
Location: Arlington, VA
Compensation: Competitive base, bonus and equity.
Experience: 5+ years of experience negotiating contracts with primes, U.S. Government and suppliers and experience with U.S. Government regulations including the FAR/DFARS.
