Overview: Reporting directly to the President for EMCOR Industrial Services (“EIS”) and indirectly to the Senior Vice President and General Counsel for EMCOR Group, the Divisional General Counsel – EIS is responsible for preparing, negotiating, revising and assessing commercial construction contracts and general corporate agreements, managing litigation, providing general business counseling to EIS’ President and other members of the leadership team, and developing and implementing legal processes and procedures for the business.

Compensation: Competitive base salary, benefits, short and long-term incentives.
Experience: A minimum of 15+ years of experience practicing construction law including related litigation, as well as general corporate law obtained at a leading law firm and preferably in-house legal setting.
