Provide support to CEO, CFO and outside counsel on all legal documents including purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, franchise related documents, entity documents, and management agreements.
Oversee the versioning and filing system for all legal documents.
Take lead role in execution of estate planning initiatives including follow up with estate lawyers, financial planner, ownership and management as well as documenting status of estate related issues, and drafting basic estate related documents.
Provides support to operations staff on all hotel contracts, leases and other vendor agreements including review and approval of form of contract, management of filing system, and oversight of termination and renewal processes.
Oversees risk management for general liability, property and auto related losses/claims for the JHM Hotels’ properties, Resource Center and Regional Management Offices in conjunction with insurance carrier.
Oversees the Executive Administrator with regard to performance and goal setting.
Provides support to HR department on employment law issues including research and resolution of basic issues, and hiring and managing outside counsel on more complex issues.
Assists with gathering of due diligence information for real estate and loan transactions
Investigate property history, titles and zoning laws in areas where JHM Hotels does or is considering doing business.

Juris Doctor , 7-10 years’ experience in real estate law.
