Overview: The Director, Legal Affairs will work under the guidance of the VP, Legal Affairs and provide legal advice and counsel on mergers and acquisitions, securities and financial disclosures and other corporate matters. S/he will lead transactions, work independently and as part of a team, and forge close working relationships throughout the organizations.

Compensation: Competive and commensurate with experience.
Experience: The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of corporate legal experience gained in a nationally recognized law firm. Experience with securities laws, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and general corporate transactions is required.
