For our Denver corporate headquarters, we are seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel (Commercial) on our Legal Team to continue moving our business to even larger levels!
We Ask Of You To:
Provide clear and succinct legal advice, counsel and leadership at all levels of the organization on complex legal matters from contracts to M&A to litigation and more.
Be an effective lawyer, business partner and facilitator to a variety of business functions (sales, marketing, supply chain, international, R&D) and guide them to successful “business-centric” legal resolutions.
Be comfortable and effective with the significant responsibility of providing legal advice to the senior management of Leprino Foods.
Direct legal/litigation services provided by outside counsel (and other professionals) while ensuring proper cost and budget controls.
Manage your legal case load with substantial independence, creativity and autonomy.
Provide advice and counsel that contributes to the overall success of Leprino Foods.
Travel at least 20% of the time.

You Have (Minimum Qualifications):
J.D. from a respected and ABA accredited law school.
Licensed (or eligible for immediate licensure) to practice law in Colorado.
Seven (7) years of experience as an attorney.
Experience in contracts and other commercial transactions, litigation, litigation management, and general corporate matters.
