Crowell & Moring LLP, a global Am Law 100 law firm, seeks a highly qualified dedicated associate to join its Labor & Employment practice group, working from its Orange County, CA office. This is a non-promotion track attorney position.
We are searching for a hard-working, creative attorney with strong interpersonal skills, who will work well both independently and as part of a team. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials as well as highly developed communication, writing and analytical skills. At least 5 to 6 years of specific experience providing advice and counseling and litigating Labor and Employment law matters, including, general labor/wage hour matters, whistleblower/retaliation claims, drafting and enforcing employment agreements, and handling trade secret/employee mobility matters.
