Overview: The Vice President, Corporate and Commercial Transactions has primary responsibility for providing leadership and counsel in all areas of corporate transactional support. Specifically, this position will be chiefly responsible for the support of all mergers and acquisitions activities, general commercial transactions, traditional tower agreements as well as supporting the small cell technology of the company. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President and General Counsel, the Vice President, Corporate and Commercial Transactions will work closely with business leaders and all functional groups across the organization ensuring that legal advice and guidance are delivered in a manner that is timely, proactive, practical, cost-effective and meets the highest legal, ethical and professional standards.

Compensation: Base salary, bonus, long-term incentive and benefits.
Experience: A minimum of 15 years of legal experience focused on corporate transactional support in the areas of mergers and acquisitions as well as general commercial transactions, with excellent academic credentials from highly regarded schools and foundational training in a highly regarded law firm and with exposure to an industry relevant to Crown Castle’s business, particularly small cell towers and fiber optic cable.

Bar: Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
