DEPUTY COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Overview: The Deputy Compliance Officer (DCO) will assist the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) with the strategic and tactical development, implementation and maintenance of the American Renal Associates Holdings, Inc. Compliance Program which includes the areas of privacy, clinical research, billing compliance, audit and investigations. The DCO will assist in providing oversight for all ongoing activities related to the Compliance Program administration including: maintenance of policies and procedures, completion of the Annual Compliance Work Plan, and the performance of all auditing and monitoring activities. The DCO acts on behalf of the CCO in the CCO's absence.

Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years previous experience as a compliance officer for a health care provider; Bachelor’s degree required; MHA, MBA, J.D., M.J. or related field preferred; Certification in Health Care Compliance optimal
