WHAT YOU’LL DO
This position involves structuring, drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of agreements and transactions related to emerging growth companies, venture capital funds, private equity funds, and public companies in financings, acquisitions, and similar matters. Our clients include a mix of emerging growth, Mountain West mid-market and Fortune 500 companies, as well as high net worth individuals in their investing activities. This position will involve a significant amount of work not only in the natural products, foods, and beverages spaces, but also in the outdoor and outdoor recreation, finance, oil & gas, and pharmaceutical industries.
WHO YOU ARE
Excellent academics; 2-5 years of quality, relevant transactional law firm experience; especially known for your judgment, diligence and superior drafting skills; extraordinary attention to detail; passion for working hard, responding quickly and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment with like-minded, collegial colleagues; embody our firm values (https://www.hollandhart.com/statement-of-values); and Colorado licensed or willing to become Colorado licensed. You are particularly interested in the industries in which the Boulder office works, and you desire ownership of tasks and view proactivity as a must.
