Overview: The Corporate Counsel will have responsibility for drafting and negotiating a wide variety of technology related agreements and provide general transactional support to a wide range of internal clients. Vulcan’s activities are varied, numerous and changing, and include technology development, philanthropic activities, museums, and research institutes, to name just a few. The lawyer in this role will provide transactional support and advise the business in all areas of Vulcan’s interests. The Corporate Counsel will be a trusted member of Vulcan’s experienced Legal Department and will report to the Chief Intellectual Property Counsel.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
Experience: Minimum four years of experience drafting and negotiating technology transactions and related commercial agreements. Ideal candidates will have excellent academic credentials and experience gained in a top-notch law firm. In-house experience is an added plus, but not required.
Relos: Yes, however local area candidates are highly preferred.
Bar: State Bar membership in good standing required.
