Overview: The Director, Intellectual Property, Privacy & Cybersecurity will provide legal advice and support on data protection & cybersecurity, intellectual property, privacy, emerging technology, and vendor management matters to BNPP CIB business and functions as well as support to global counterparts on all technology and intellectual property matters.

Compensation: Competitive base and bonus commensurate with experience.
Experience: The successful candidate will have approximately 8-10 years of top tier law firm or corporate legal department experience advising on privacy, data protection, intellectual property, technology, and vendor management. Experience and demonstrated interest in areas of technological growth, including cybersecurity, big data, AI, cloud services and IT security, as well as reviewing, drafting and negotiating technology contracts, is required.
