Overview: The Director, Employment Law Partner (In-House Employment & Labor Counsel) is involved in developing strategies, guiding business leaders and implementing personnel policies and practices for the Company and its operating companies. This role reports to the Vice President Workplace Practices and has two (2) direct reports.
Location: North Carolina
Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
Experience: At least 10 years of private practice and/or in-house legal experience in the area of employment law and related disciplines is preferred. Demonstrated strengths in influencing, negotiating, conflict resolution, oral and written communications, problem solving, credibility and decision making.
Relocation: Yes, this is a national search.
Bar: Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
