Our Philadelphia office has an opportunity for a junior to mid-level associate to assume an important role in all aspects of the labor and employment law practice, including an important role in employment litigation with direct contact with client representatives and opposing counsel. We provide our associates with multiple writing, publishing and speaking opportunities.

Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of employment. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
2-6 years of experience in labor and employment law, with significant litigation experience.
Outstanding academic record; top 15% of graduating class.
Federal clerkships are a plus.
Demonstrated commitment to the practice of labor and employment law.
Excellent analytical and writing skills.
PA/NJ bar admission preferred.
