OVERVIEW: The Counsel – Global Trade Compliance Law (the “Counsel”) at Raytheon Company reports to the Director of Global Trade for the Space and Airborne Systems Business (SAS) of Raytheon Company (the “SAS Business”). The SAS Business is a $5+ billion dollar business unit of Raytheon. The Counsel will be directly involved with the reporting, investigation, and remediation of compliance incidents, and help implement corporate policies and procedures. He or she will also provide legal and strategic business advice, as it relates to global trade compliance, to internal clients to further the culture of compliance excellence within the SAS Business.

EXPERIENCE: The candidate must have at least eight (8) years of relevant export and import compliance experience, including ITAR, EAR, customs, shipping, and tariff harmonization.
